Love in an Age of Anger: Celebrating & Learning Nonviolence

~Exploring Nonviolent Strategy~

Thursday, February 23rd  6-8 PM

AQUS CAFÉ   189 H Street, Petaluma
A Benefit for Metta Center for Nonviolence
In honor of founder Michael Nagler’s 80th birthday!

Hosted by Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey (ret.)

How can we challenge injustice and build a future that rests on the foundation of nonviolence? We will come together as a community to make connections and discuss tools that support movement-building —and we will enjoy an evening of food and music.

Musicians the Irthlingz Duo: Sharon Abreu & Michael Hurwicz will perform songs about peace and sustainability.

This event is open to the public and runs on donations, to benefit the Metta Center and support the upcoming feature documentary on nonviolence, The Journey Home.

Please extend this invite to anyone who’d be interested. Send your RSVPs to:
