The Metta Center has a mantra for action: you can do anything you want, as long as you do not degrade a human being in the process. That’s any human being. And because of our interconnection with all of life, when we raise the human image, interestingly, human beings do not lash out on their environment and other living creatures.
In this episode of Peace Paradigm Radio, we explore the essence of this mantra as it relates to Gandhian economics–the power of money versus the power of love. What are some of the fundamental elements that we can adapt from the radical simplicity of Gandhi as well as his nonviolent response to economic exploitation by colonizer, industrial culture?
